A top West Contra Costa school leader announces retirement
RICHMOND — Kim Moses, a top West Contra Costa Unified School District official responsible for overseeing district finances, will be retiring at the end of the school year after nearly two decades with the district.
Moses’ retirement will cap a three-decade career in education, starting as a teacher in the Oakland Unified School District before coming to West Contra Costa.
