Diddy Files Appeal, Demands Overturn of Conviction & Release From Prison

Sean “Diddy” Combs is trying to get out of prison.

The music mogul’s legal team filed an appeal Tuesday (December 23) demanding for his conviction to be overturned and for him to be released from prison.

He was found guilty on two counts of violating the Mann Act, or transporting individuals for purpose of prostitution.
