Can't invalidate agreements at Arshiya trade zone: NCLT

The National Company Law Tribunal has refused to reopen long-standing commercial agreements at Arshiya Panvel free trade and warehousing zone. The tribunal ruled that these arrangements, signed years before insolvency proceedings, cannot be challenged. This decision allows the original contracts with Ascendas Panvel FTWZ to continue as executed.
