Libyan army chief of staff found dead in plane wreckage, PM says

Libyan military chief Muhammad Ali Ahmad al Haddad and four others died in a plane crash in Turkey on Tuesday evening, Prime Minister Abdulhamid Dbeibah has confirmed. Turkey's air traffic controllers lost contact with a jet carrying the Libyan delegation that was heading home after a visit to Ankara, the Turkish interior minister said.
