Agusta Westland Chopper case: Court modified bail conditions of Christian Michel James, may be released from custody

Christian Michel James' bail conditions have been modified by a Delhi court. He can now be released from custody without immediately depositing his passport. This development is in connection with the AgustaWestland VIP chopper deal case. James has been in custody since December 2018. The court has adjusted bond and passport deposit requirements. Other bail conditions remain unchanged.
