Latest planning applications to Dartford council include redevelopment of farmland, former ambulance station and HMOs

Bosses of a landscaping firm want to move its headquarters as the land is required to build the Lower Thames Crossing (LTC).

Baylis Landscapes is based at Hartshill Nursery in Shorne but is looking to move to Court Lodge Farm in Southfleet.

Its plans are among the latest submitted to Dartford council. The firm wants permission to change the use of what is presently farmland to mixed horticulture and offices.
