Charge dismissed against Austin street takeover suspect after seperate conviction

AUSTIN (KXAN) -- The charge toward a 21-year-old man who was accused of organizing a street takeover in Austin in July 2023 was dismissed. This comes after he was convicted in an assault case that happened later that year, according to Travis County court documents.
