SpiceJet to induct five Boeing 737s ahead of winter season to cater peak demand

SpiceJet is set to bolster its fleet with five more Boeing 737 aircraft under a damp lease agreement, primarily to meet the anticipated surge in travel demand during the winter and early summer seasons of 2025-2026. These aircraft, expected to arrive starting a couple of weeks earlier than October 2025, will remain with the airline until May 2026.
