Appeal in Kaylin Gillis murder case cites unfair trial process

HEBRON, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The man convicted of killing 20-year-old Kaylin Gillis in April 2023 has filed an appeal. Kevin Monahan is claiming he did not receive a fair trial.
