A group of experts suggested reservation for women in political parties. They want the Election Commission to oversee inner-party democracy. The experts support "one nation, one election". They call it the "Mother of all Reforms". They submitted a "Charter of Suggestions for Democratic Reforms". They also proposed poll campaign reforms.
