Major Win for Girls’ Safety: Five Virginia School Districts Hit with Title IX Violations for Letting Boys in Female Restrooms
The U.S. Department of Education’s Office for Civil Rights announced on Friday that five Virginia school districts are in violation of Title IX for allowing boys in female restrooms and locker rooms.
Investigations were launched into Alexandria City Public Schools, Arlington Public Schools, Fairfax County Public Schools, Loudoun County Public Schools, and Prince William County Public Schools in February.
