Never, in the history of television, has there been such a resounding consensus about the hate-watchability of HBO’s “And Just Like That.” I’m not sure what we all expected, because it’s impossible to replicate the vulgar, sweet (albeit woefully white) magic of “Sex and the City” without Samantha — but it’s bad.
