Gen Dwivedi launches apps to pay tributes to Kargil martyrs

Chief of Army Staff General Upendra Dwivedi launched three initiatives on the 26th Kargil Vijay Diwas in Drass (Kargil). These include an 'e-shradhanjali' portal for paying respects to martyrs, a QR code gateway offering stories of the 1999 Kargil battles, and the Indus Viewpoint, providing LoC access in the Batalik sector.
