Cloud software firm Amagi files for IPO, plans to raise Rs 1,020 crore

Key investors including Norwest Venture Partners, Accel, and Premji Invest will offload up to 34.2 million shares through an offer for sale (OFS). Amagi provides cloud-native solutions for broadcasters and streaming platforms worldwide.
