Hulk Hogan, pro-Trump wrestling star, dies at 71
Professional wrestling legend Hulk Hogan — who made a surprise appearance at last year's Republican National Convention (RNC) in support of President Trump's White House bid — has died at 71.
Hogan, who was born Terry Bollea, died Thursday in Florida, as first reported by TMZ.
"WWE is saddened to learn WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan has passed away," the organization said in a post on social media. "One of pop culture’s most recognizable figures, Hogan helped WWE achieve global recognition in the 1980s.
