Cambodian PM appeals to UN Security Council over Thai military incursion

Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Manet has submitted a formal appeal to the United Nations Security Council, urging urgent intervention in response to what he described as a “deliberate act of military aggression” by Thai forces.
