Sales of affordable, mid-income flats drop 32 pc in Jan-Jun across 7 cities: JLL
India's top seven cities saw a dip in sales of lower-priced apartments. JLL India reports a 13 percent overall drop in apartment sales in January-June 2025. However, demand for premium homes increased by 6 percent. Apartments above Rupees one crore now make up 62 percent of sales. Experts attribute this to rising affluence and desire for larger living spaces.
