President Donald Trump conceded an "automatic loss" in the Harvard federal funding case before Judge Allison D. Burroughs even ruled on Monday.

Trump posted to social media, "The Harvard case was just tried in Massachusetts before an Obama appointed Judge. She is a TOTAL DISASTER, which I say even before hearing her Ruling.
