Attorney General charges man accused of damaging radar
OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — According to the office of Attorney General Gentner Drummond, an Oklahoma City man will be prosecuted for damaging the weather radar of another TV station.
Anthony Tyler Mitchell, who is 39, allegedly vandalized the power supply of a live radar, and he is being charged with malicious injury or destruction of property and damage to equipment in a critical infrastructure facility.
He is also charged with a misdemeanor of entering with the intent to commit a felony.
