Cuba ends maximum age limit of 60 for presidential candidates

Cuba has eliminated the maximum age limit of 60 for presidential candidates, a change approved by parliament as part of a constitutional reform. While maintaining the two five-year term limit and minimum age of 35, the new measure allows individuals with full physical and mental capacity and a revolutionary background to run, regardless of age.
