Motorcyclist killed in crash on Saunders Settlement Road in Lewiston

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — A motorcyclist was killed in a crash on Saunders Settlement Road in Lewiston on Thursday night, according to Lewiston police.

Police were called to the area of 2273 Saunders Settlement just before 9 p.m. Thursday, where it was found that a car traveling westbound went into the eastbound lane and hit the motorcyclist.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver, who was evaluated, is cooperating with the investigation.

Names are currently being withheld, police said.
