SC slams cartoonist Hemant Malviya over ‘immature’ post targeting PM Modi and RSS

The Supreme Court criticised Indore-based cartoonist Hemant Malviya. This was regarding his cartoon depicting Prime Minister Narendra Modi and RSS. The court deemed the cartoon undignified and inflammatory. Malviya faces charges under various sections of Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita and the IT Act. This follows a complaint filed by an RSS member.
