Two Year 9 pupils from the same school died in separate incidents on the same day.

The students, who attended Horndean Technology College in Horndean, Hampshire, passed away on Monday, July 7, the school shared on its Facebook page.

It said neither teenager died on school premises and the incidents were unrelated but did not give any more details surrounding the deaths.
