2 crime scenes, one homicide in Southeast Portland

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A homicide investigation is underway in Southeast Portland as police investigate two separate scenes.

A heavy police presence arrived near 11400 SE Boise mid-afternoon Sunday. A smaller police presence is at a restroom at Ed Benedict Park, not far from the SE Boise location.
