Medical Group Says Abortion Drug is Killing and Hurting So Many Women it Must be Investigated

The Christ Medicus Foundation is sharpening its call for a federal investigation into the abortion drug mifepristone, warning the drug poses “unthinkable” dangers to women’s health.

In a July 9 statement obtained by CatholicVote, the pro-life health care organization said the FDA’s regulatory approach fails to protect women and requires urgent reform.

“[T]he current federal regulatory approach to mifepristone needs to be overhauled,” Executive Director of Christ Medicus Foundation Louis Brown said.
