Air India says will review preliminary plane crash report with pilots

Air India on Saturday announced plans to hold dedicated sessions with its pilots to review the preliminary investigation report on the June 12 Ahmedabad crash, which killed 261 people. The Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau (AAIB) report found that fuel supply to both engines was cut off within a second of each other shortly after takeoff, causing the aircraft to crash into a nearby building.
