Report: Thomas Frank has told Tottenham to sign “top level” player who is a dream target

Tottenham Hotspur are keen on signing Adam Wharton from Crystal Palace during the summer transfer window.

According to a report from GMS, Thomas Frank has urged the London outfit to sign the 21-year-old England International. 

The report claims that Wharton is a dream target for Tottenham, and it remains to be seen whether they can get the deal done. He is undoubtedly one of the best young players in the Premier League right now. He has been described as a “top level” performer by his England teammate Declan Rice.
