3 arrested during weekend parties following alleged explosives incident, stabbing
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) — Three people have been arrested following large weekend parties that allegedly resulted in explosives being thrown at officers as well as a stabbing, Buffalo police said Friday.
Two people, 21-year-old Quantrell Carson and 21-year-old Sliester Luther, were arrested at a gathering on the 400 block of Olympic Avenue around 12:30 a.m. on July 5.
Luther is accused of throwing a "large explosive device" that detonated in the area of 14 officers.
He is facing a total of 32 counts...
