Whiteland Corp raises Rs 250 crore for housing project in Gurgaon

Whiteland Corporation has secured Rs 250 crore and is in talks for another Rs 400 crore to finance its Westin Residences Gurugram project, a Rs 4,000 crore investment. The 20-acre development will feature 1,700 homes and is expected to generate Rs 15,000 crore in revenue. Construction contracts worth Rs 2,000 crore have been awarded.
