Affordable housing to come to Southeast Topeka

TOPEKA (KSNT) - A local non-profit is getting some help to begin the next step in building and bringing affordable housing to the community. 

With new tax credits, SENT Topeka unlocked a $46 million investment that will bring 176 units of affordable housing to 29th and Fremont in Southeast Topeka.

This development is in partnership with HTK architects who created the renderings, Mesner Development, the Topeka Housing Authority and many others.
