CUBC Names 2026 Presidents

CUBC proudly launches its 2025–26 campaign with the announcement of this year’s student presidents who will lead their squads in preparation for the 2026 Boat Race. Stay tuned: the lightweight presidents will be revealed following the election of the women’s president.

Men | Noam Mouelle (Hughes Hall)

Noam began rowing at the age of nine in the Paris area. With his home club, Société Nautique du Perreux, he won multiple national titles and represented France at both the Junior and U23 World Championships.
