HDFC arranges Rs 532 crore for Adani Group SPV

HDFC Bank is acting as both arranger and anchor investor, contributing ₹159.6 crore, for Adani Group's transmission subsidiary WRSS XXI's ₹532 crore long-tenor bond issue. The AAA-rated debt, maturing in 2043, carries a 7.70% coupon and will refinance existing external commercial borrowing. Additionally, WRSS XXI raised ₹100 crore through Darashaw & Co.
