July 4th Racing Festival generates millions at Saratoga Race Course

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The July 4th Racing Festival at Saratoga Race Course brought thousands to the track over the holiday weekend. With this influx of visitors also came over $80 million in total handle.

According to the New York Racing Association, there was a total of 52,156 attendees. The festival generated $83,634,479 in total handle and sold 19,120 hot dogs.
