Teenage girls arrested after woman left with ‘life-changing’ stab wounds

A woman and a teenage girl were seriously injured in a double stabbing as police arrest two teenage girls on suspicion of attempted murder.

Paramedics battled to save the two women on the quiet cul-de-sac in Erith, south London at 3pm on Sunday.

One of the victims, a 47-year-old woman, suffered ‘life-changing’ injuries after being stabbed in the stomach.
