Remnants of Tropical Storm Chantal expected in NY, NJ this week

NEW YORK (PIX11) – Remnants of Tropical Storm Chantal are expected to hit the tri-state area as soon as Monday, according to PIX11 meteorologists.

The storm, as well as a warm front, will bring showers and thunderstorms to New York and New Jersey. Meteorologists said the rain could last through most of the week, possibly until Thursday.
