Saratoga Springs bike park pump track opens

SARATOGA SPRINGS, N.Y. (NEWS10)-- The city of Saratoga Springs has opened part of its three-phase bike park. According to city officials, the first stage of the park consisted of a $400,000 pump track, which opened to bicyclists on June 30.
