RJD MP Prem Chand Gupta an 'Abettor' in land-for-jobs conspiracy: CBI

The Central Bureau of Investigation accused Prem Chand Gupta in the land-for-jobs scam. The alleged scam occurred when Lalu Prasad was railway minister.
