NYC's congestion pricing is 'a huge success,' Hochul says

NEW YORK (PIX11) – New York Governor Kathy Hochul says congestion pricing is working. 

Hochul’s office announced on Saturday that since the implementation of congestion pricing, many improvements have been made. The Governor’s office noted a reduction in traffic across the New York City area, increased transit ridership, and more foot traffic to local businesses.
