Pakistan has no objection to extraditing 'individuals of concern' to India: Bilawal Bhutto

Bilawal Bhutto Zardari says Pakistan is open to extraditing individuals to India. This is if India cooperates in a comprehensive dialogue. He mentions Hafiz Saeed and Masood Azhar. Saeed is serving a sentence in Pakistan. Pakistan believes Azhar is in Afghanistan. Bilawal also voices concern over India's pursuit of terrorists. He calls it a new abnormal.
