Lafayette airport ready for Independence Day travelers

LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY) -- AAA Travel projects 5.8 Million people will be airline passengers this holiday day weekend.  In fact, some have decided to fly-out on the 4th of July. At the Lafayette Regional Airport, people make their way through the airport.

Some travel for reasons that have nothing to do with the holiday but are still willing to brave the hustle and bustle of holiday traveling to get to where they need to go.
