Iowa State lands commitment from 2026 prospect Marcus Zelee

Class of 2026 guard Marcus Zelee committed to Iowa State on Wednesday, he announced on X.

Zelee, the 6-foot-3, 190-pound guard from Brentwood Christian School (TX) and the ASAK Adidas 3SSB AAU program, chose the Cyclones over Division I offers from Arizona State, Drake and Texas A&M-Corpus Christi.

“I chose Iowa State because I felt from the moment I stepped into Ames, it was home,” Zelee told ZAGSBLOG. “The players set the culture, which is a huge plus for me.
