Several HC benches recuse from hearing fraud case involving HDFC Bank CEO Sashidhar Jagdishan

Several Bombay High Court judges have recused themselves from hearing Sashidhar Jagdishan's plea. Jagdishan, the HDFC Bank CEO, seeks to quash an FIR against him. The Lilavati Kirtilal Mehta Medical Trust filed the complaint. The Trust alleges Jagdishan accepted a bribe. The bribe was allegedly for helping the Chetan Mehta Group control the Trust.
