57-year-old Bihar minister Ashok Choudhary selected for assistant professor's post

JD(U) leader Ashok Choudhary, a key aide to Bihar CM Nitish Kumar, has been selected as an assistant professor through the Scheduled Castes quota, five years after applying. Despite his selection, Choudhary, a senior minister, intends to continue his political career and will not accept a salary for the academic position.
