Conservative highlights 'most brazen example of Trump's lawlessness'

President Donald Trump is “refusing to enforce” legislation which he called for, according to USA Today columnist Dace Potas.

“The most brazen example of Trump’s lawlessness is his refusal to enforce the TikTok ban,” Potas, who is the former president of Lone Conservative, said.

The TikTok ban was an idea of President Trump’s in 2020. However, the ban was passed and signed by President Joe Biden in April 2024. TikTok claimed the ban violated the First Amendment, but their appeal was denied by the Supreme Court.
