'Words of a dumb president': Columnist left gobsmacked by post-Iran utterings

USA Today Columnist Rex Huppke railed against President Donald Trump and Vice President JD Vance not just for bombing Iran on Saturday, but also because of “ludicrous” remarks and “words of a dumb president” that have been uttered in the bombing's wake.

When Vance was asked if the administration trusts U.S. intelligence — which advised that Iran was not close to developing a nuclear weapon — Vance replied, “Of course we trust our intelligence community, but we also trust our instincts.”
