Helsinki-Turku train line closed until late July for upgrade
Train services between Helsinki and Turku have been cancelled for more than five weeks due to major track work.
The suspension began on Monday and will continue until 27 July. During this period, buses will replace trains between Helsinki Central Railway Station and Karjaa.
The disruption is linked to an upgrade of the Espoo railway segment. Authorities are expanding the section between Leppävaara and Kauklahti from two tracks to four.
