Berkshire Humane Society to waive adoption fees for week-long event

PITTSFIELD, Mass. (NEWS10) -- The Berkshire Humane Society will be hosting a "Summer Ruff-Fresher" adoption event beginning Monday. The shelter, along with several other Massachusetts animal organizations, will waive pet adoption fees as part of the initiative.
