The Columbus Clippers started Friday night off with a W for Cleveland affiliates. Vince Velasquez got the start and the win, his fourth of the season. Velasquez pitched 6.0 innings, allowing only one run on seven hits. He walked two and struck out five. Trevor Stephan made another rehab appearance, pitching the seventh inning. Stephan allowed one run on one hit, walking one and striking out one.
