McGovern Nominated For SWPL Goal Of The Season Award

Kathleen McGovern's memorable long-range strike against Rangers in December has been nominated for the 2024/25 SWPL Goal of the Season award!

The 22-year-old scored twice as we convincingly defeated Jo Potter's side 3-0 at Broadwood Stadium in what was our final match of 2024.

McGovern opened the scoring early on before doubling our advantage with a thunderous strike from range in the second half, before Rosie Livingstone capped off the win with a fierce finish.
