'Extremely dangerous' heat wave in US to send temperatures up to triple digit, 15 million people under warnings

The United States is expected to experience a 'significant and extremely dangerous" heatwave in the coming days. The National Weather Service has called it "the first significant heat wave this season." The National Weather Service has already issued extreme heat watches, warnings and heat advisories for large swaths of the central and eastern US.
